Listing a therapy on the Website does not mean it is available to you, appropriate for you, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Many therapies described on the Website are not FDA-approved drugs and have limited research in humans. Your provider will discuss the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives of any recommended therapy with you. Therapy availability may change at any time, including in response to changes in law or regulation.
Your treatment, once you become a patient, is governed by the consent forms, clinic policies, and agreements you sign at Core-X, which control over these Terms if they conflict.
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a consultation or therapy, including changes in energy, recovery, body composition, performance, sexual health, cognition, or aging. Any descriptions of how a therapy has been studied are general information, not a promise of how it will affect you.
Submitting a consultation request through the Website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to schedule. Fees for consultations and therapies, along with payment, cancellation, and refund terms, are provided to you by the clinic before services are delivered and are governed by the clinic policies you agree to at that time.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Core-X. The program includes appointment reminders, responses to your inquiries, and, if you opt in, news and offers.

If you join our email list, you agree to receive news and offers from Core-X. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop messages related to your appointments or requests.

Please do not submit detailed medical information, such as diagnoses, medications, or test results, through Website forms; your provider will review your health history during your consultation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Pueblo County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Core-X regarding your use of the Website.
